Recommended for fleet service providers

The same job as it moves through Marlin: booked at the counter, worked in the bay, invoiced and paid.
A customer calls with a rego. Marlin looks the vehicle up and books the work into a bay, with what you did for them last time already attached. The lookup returns the vehicle and its specifications, so nobody at the counter is typing them out of a windscreen.
The booking becomes a job card the counter and the technician both work from. Tasks, comments and photos go on from the floor, so nobody walks out to ask where it is up to. Hours go on against the job as they are worked, which is what puts the estimate and the actual side by side at the end of it.
Fit from your own stock or order from a supplier without leaving the job. What comes off the rack comes off the stock file. The connection to the supplier runs both ways: stock levels on the way out, the supplier's invoice on the way back.
Labour and parts come off the job card and onto the invoice, and it lands in the accounts with the BAS period it belongs to. Nothing is keyed twice, and GST and BAS reporting are part of the system rather than a separate exercise at the end of the quarter.
“Before Marlin Tyre & Mechanical Workshop Software, we had separate solutions for job quotes, invoicing, accounting and a website. Nothing was connected, and there was a lot of double handling. With Marlin, most of these headaches have gone, and I feel in control of my business.”
Hamad Ajaje, Owner, Canberra Tyres, Canberra A.C.T.

Most small and medium businesses are up and running within a month. Larger, multi-site rollouts are planned with you and can take longer.
Accounting and BAS are part of Marlin rather than a separate subscription, and Marlin connects with parts catalogues, suppliers and payment providers such as Repco Navigator Pro, Burson EzyParts and Tyro.
